Vanshita Sharma - (Company Secretary)

Ms. Vanshita Sharma is young Associate of PRATUL AGRAWAL & ASSOCIATES. She is one of the professional of ‘PAA’. She is thorough Professional with highest degree of integrity.

She has keen knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Laws, RBI Laws and many others and over 3 years’ experience of Company Secretary field. She also plays instrumental role in Corporate Advisory and Corporate Governance Services rendered by “PAA”. She is responsible for providing services to our retainer clients independently.

Ms. Vanshita Sharma is experienced in Secretarial works and, setting up of Business, change of name, shifting of registered office of the company from one state to the other state, Preparation of various documents and forms for filing with various regulatory (i.e. ROC, RD, MCA, Stock exchanges, RBI, etc.). She is well versed with all listed companies’ compliances whether registered on BSE, NSE and Metropolitan Stock exchange, all NBFC Companies Compliances.

Ms. Vanshita Sharma has Company Secretary (CS) degree from the Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI) & has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Kurukshetra.

A visionary leader, with over 15 years of leadership experience in debt, Compliance equity, M&A, restructuring & advisory he handles all the Compliance services & IPO services of PAA in Delhi & Lucknow Branch.

Experience : A Sincere & Senior Partner of the Management Team of PAA Group, Mr. Tiwari Ji has wide experience to covers all the critical areas of an IPO, He has strong relationship with Private Equity, NBFCs & He handles the issues faced by clients on their journey towards IPO and their preparations for being a listed company after the IPO. Valuations constitute a significant part of any transaction process, be it in the nature of an acquisition, divestiture, joint venture, merger, de-merger or the setting up of a new operation. He evaluates the deal and provide a valuation range using variables from both macro and micro levels. we are seeing that Companies are looking to raise funds from sources other than Banks, individual investors or PE/VC firms. We provided Initial Public Offering services for such companies where we help them raise funds from Public. The ratio of equity dilution can be decided by the companies and we can help them in going public with our end-to-end Listing IPO advisory services.
